Carrying out a maximum of 38 project inspections under the European Funds for Social Development (FERS) program and a maximum of 34 monitoring visits under FERS 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a maximum of 38 project inspections under European Funds for Social Development (FERS) program and a maximum of 34 monitoring visits under FERS. 2. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. After concluding the contract (drafted provisions of the contract in regarding public procurement constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) it will constitute an annex to the contract. A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The ordering party does not provides for the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit and check the documents necessary for the execution of the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5. The Ordering Party informs that the remuneration is co-financed from EU funds European Union under the European Social Fund Plus. 6. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. 7.
