The market subject to the consultation aims to improve the knowledge of regional stakeholders on soils in the east and to obtain an inventory of the soil and their uses in the Grand Est region. This knowledge is fragmentary; The study must allow them to be completed and consolidate them(phase n 1). The market must allow an assessment of regional soil management practices according to soil types and uses, as well as the realization of distribution supports of this knowledge. The production of deliverables is expected, including cards, summary documentsKnowledge, regulatory, proposal to define the brown frame, list of actors, census of data and research programs, etc. The evaluation and mapping of ecological functions (carbon storage, biomass reservoir, biodiversity reservoir, regulation of the cycle ofWater) of large soils is as well as their sensitivity and vulnerability are expected. The data gathered will serve (in phase No. 2) to supply the revisions of planning documents (eg SRADDET) and regional strategies, as well as the revision or creation of public policies.Within the framework of the study, it is thus specifically awaited the development of a prefiguration document of a regional roadmap (strategic document and collection of actions) in favor of the soil (multifunctional approach).
