To support the internal technical service, housing company !Mpuls is looking for an external partner to carry out various small-scale joinery works and related repairs to its real estate portfolio. The purpose of this framework contract is to guarantee the structural quality of the homes, as well as to optimize the living comfort and safety of the tenants. The assignments include both curative maintenance (urgent and non-urgent repairs) and minor adjustments. The work to be carried out includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Customization and interior joinery: o Designing, manufacturing, repairing and/or adapting specific furniture. o Supplying and installing functional custom cabinets for technical rooms, common areas or specific applications. o Optimizing or expanding storage spaces in various residential units.
