Carrying out an evaluation study entitled Evaluation of territorial instruments implemented under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 program 1. The subject of the order is to carry out an evaluation study entitled: Evaluation of territorial instruments implemented under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 program. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 3. Terms of implementation the orders are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. Ordering Party specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer the copyrights to the performed works to the Ordering Party, in accordance with the contract. 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by a contractor or subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order. 6. The subject of the order is co-financed from EU funds under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 program. 7. Value net order (excluding goods and services tax) is: PLN 192, 515.97. 8.
