Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to support the community in the development of PAPI 3 of the Aa Delta. To this end, the selected service provider must carry out the services as follows:  Establish a complete assessment of the PAPI 2, both technical and financial and operational, in order to extract the most fundamental and structuring lessons for the new PAPI 3  Carry out cost-benefit analyzes (CBA) and multi-criteria (AMC) on the actions envisaged, in order to prioritize them and justify strategic choices  Develop the strategy and action program for PAPI 3, based on existing studies and feedback from the various stakeholders in its development  Produce an environmental assessment analysis proportionate, integrating the ecological issues of the territory and the ERC principles (Avoid, Reduce, Compensate)  Support the community in the consultation and validation phases, by leading meetings and producing appropriate supports
