Published on: 2026-07-21 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-09-14 Purpose: The service provider must carry out a complete diagnosis relating to psychosocial risks with agents and teachers working within the national school higher architecture (E.N.S.A.) of Nancy (employees of the school and civil servants of the Ministry of Culture). The school has around 70 permanent teachers and 50 administrative, technical and scientific staff (ATS), a significant number occasional speakers and around 650 students. These last two populations are excluded from the scope of the services of this market, which are therefore concentrated on a workforce of 120 individuals. At the end of the diagnosis, the service provider must develop a action plan aimed at reducing or even eliminating the identified risks.
