Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of a room for the needs of a handy weapons warehouse in building no. 42 of the Legionowo CSP.2. The full scope of works was included in the Functional and Utility Program, which constitutes an attachment No. 1 to SWZ, the technical documentation of the building is available for inspection at the headquarters of the Ordering Party. 3. For the purposes of modernizing the room for the needs of a handy weapons warehouse, the Ordering Party commissioned a technical assessment of the ceiling load capacity in building no. 42, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4. The subject of the order will be completed by the end of October 2026 at the latest.5. All built-in devices and construction products should have appropriate approvals or certificates. 6. The contractor is obliged to implement order on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ.7. The ordering party recommends a site inspection of the facility. The date of the inspection should be agreed with a representative of the Investment and Renovation Department, tel. (47) 725 38 98.8.
