Tender Details

The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in closing and adapting the existing balconies of the eastern wing of Pavilion No. 4 for the needs of the activities of hospital departments as part of the task entitled Reconstruction of Pavilion 4 of the Pulmonology Center i Thoracic surgery in Bystra Improving the quality of medical services and the conditions of patients' stay. The investment project is covered by a subsidy from the budget of the Silesian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the documentation constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ and annex to the contract, i.e. 1) technical design of the architecture along with the structural parts, 2) technical design of water and sewage installations, 3) technical design of the central heating installation, 4) design of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, 5) design electrical and telecommunications installations, 6) bills of quantities for individual industries, 7) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. It is required that the scope of works be performed with due care, in accordance with the requirements of Polish Standards, regulations Construction Law, occupational health and safety, fire protection and in accordance with the principles of broadly understood construction art.
