The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in scope of completion of external installations and development of the area along with the exit road and sidewalk within part of building "A" in SPWSZ in Szczecin, ul. Arkońska 4 - plot no. 3/38, precinct 2036. 2. The contractor is obliged to implement order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The basic order includes: 1) execution of construction works within the scope of completion reconstruction of the external water supply system, parts of the sanitary and rainwater sewage system as well as external electrical and telecommunications installations along with the exit road and sidewalks in the SPWSZ in Szczecin at ul. Arkońska 4 within the building "A" within the boundaries of plot no. 3/38 in area 2036. Within the scope of the basic order, the following works will be performed: a) execution of external installations of technical infrastructure in the field of sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations and land development facilities and equipment, including the construction and connection of the ZR-1B retention reservoir.
