Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the performance of construction works and maintenance services in the facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (MSWiA) at Stefana Batorego 5, Adolfa Pawiskiego 17/21, Taborowa 33A, Rakowiecka 2a, Zawrat 20, Domaniewska 36/38 and Szucha 2/4 in Warsaw. 2. The subject of the order must be completed with the utmost care, in accordance with applicable regulations, principles of construction art and technical knowledge, and the requirements specified in the Draft framework agreement. and its annexes: Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ (za. No. 1), Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, hereinafter referred to as STWiORB (za. No. 1 to OPZ), Bill of Quantities (za. No. 2 to OPZ). The draft framework agreement constitutes annex no 1 of SWZ.
