Carrying out conservation work on the sculpture "The Miner" by S. Marcinow. 1. The subject of the order is conservation work on the sculpture "The Miner" by S. Marcinow, together with the transfer of the sculpture based on the conservation work program (Annex No. 1 to the OPZ) and in accordance with the permit to carry out conservation work on a monument entered in the register of monuments No. 6/2026 of March 25, 2026 (Annex No. 2 to the OPZ) and permits for the permanent transfer of a movable monument entered in the Register of Monuments to the register of monuments of March 30, 2026, mark K-NR.5171.1.2026.AP (Appendix No. 3 to OPZ). 2. The sculpture is a movable monument entered in the register of monuments under number B/206/2011. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 4. Additional terms and conditions of the order are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The order will be co-financed from the budget of the City of Chorzów in accordance with contract No. 7/2026 (541/2026) of June 8, 2026.
