Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to perform a comprehensive update of the existing design documentation for the investment task titled: Revitalization of the headquarters of the Museum of Independence Traditions in Łódź along with the addition of new functions to the building at ul. Gdaska 13, including analysis and verification of documentation, development of a complete multi-industry update, obtaining the required opinions, arrangements and decisions, preparation and submission of an application for a construction permit and obtaining a decision, support for the Ordering Party in procedure for selecting a contractor for the works, and then performing author's supervision. A detailed description, scope, standard of execution, form of submitting documentation and obligations of the Contractor are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the OPZ.
