"Conducting certification of GSM R infrastructure in accordance with TSI CCS requirements" as part of the project "Construction of ERTMS/GSM-R system infrastructure on PKP PLK S.A. railway lines as part of NPW ERTMS - phase II" "Certification of GSM-R infrastructure in accordance with TSI CCS requirements" as part of the project "Construction of ERTMS/GSM-R system infrastructure on PKP PLK S.A. railway lines as part of NPW ERTMS - Phase II" The subject of the Order is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the EC verification of the "Command and Signaling - Trackside Devices" subsystem in the part regarding GSM-R system, in the field of voice radio communication and radio data exchange, in accordance with the conditions specified in this OPZ and in the implementing orders (for specific Areas). 1. General information of the procedure: 1.1. The Ordering Party does not allow it possibility of submitting partial offers. 1.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 1.3. The Ordering Party does not intend to select the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 1.4.Any settlements related to Order processing will be carried out in Polish zlotys (PLN). Detailed rules and settlement methods are specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Framework Agreement constituting Volume II of the SWZ and in the Draft Terms and Conditions of the Implementation Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to Volume II SWZ. 1.5.
