Tender Details

In accordance with Article 26 of Poolstok's articles of association, the control of the financial position, the annual accounts and the regularity of transactions, to be reflected in the annual accounts from the point of view of the law and the articles of association, must be entrusted to one or more auditors, members of het Institute of Company Auditors. This commissioner is appointed by the General Meeting of Poolstok for a term of three years, which is renewable. During the term of his assignment, the statutory auditor can only be removed by the General Meeting of Shareholders for lawful reasonssucceed. In this context, this assignment is being issued for the conclusion of an agreement for the implementation of the mandate of commissioner for Poolstok cv (Flemish Selection Center for Government Personnel cv). This assignment includes the audit of the financial situation and the annual accountsning and the regularity of the transactions for the financial years 2024, 2025 and 2026. Poolstok's financial year runs from January 1 to December 31.
