(numbering in accordance with SWZ): 5.1 The subject of the order is the service of auditing the amount of two compensations due from the Municipality of Miasto d for 2025 to Spce Holding D Sp. z o. o., in which the only shareholder is the City of d, for the provision of public services in general economic interest under: 1) Agreement entrusting the performance of own tasks concluded on September 21, 2016, consisting in the provision of services related in particular to the ongoing provision of the zoo, management and administration garden, carrying out investments in the zoo aimed at improving the living and care conditions of animals, 2) Agreement No. UW/1/2025 regarding the performance of the City of Łódź's own tasks concluded on March 28, 2025 related to maintenance and management of municipal public utility facilities and sports facilities, including their provision, as well as those related to physical education, culture and promotion of the City. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
