armasuisse needs suitable instruments for the systematic assessment of skills and potential. For this purpose, assessment centers (AC) should be used in the recruitment process in order to be able to assess candidates in a practical and objective manner. In addition, Development Centers (DC) and other instruments should be offered to existing employees in order to identify and specifically promote their strengths and development potential in a structured manner. The aim of the tender is to select a reliable, experienced and competent provider who will support armasuisse in the implementation of assessment and development centers in accordance with the requirements of Supplement 2.0 and who will ensure a practical, objective and systematic assessment of skills and potential.
