For this purpose, assessment centers (AC) should be used in the recruitment process to assess candidates in a practical and objective manner to be able to assess. In addition, Development Centers (DC) and other instruments should be offered to existing employees in order to identify and specifically promote their strengths and development potential in a structured manner.
