Tender Details

This is a mixed framework agreement implemented as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority and may give rise to the award of subsequent contracts. The award procedure is an open call for tenders, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from its date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times 1 year. The framework agreement includes a minimum amount of 20, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum amount of 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the initial period. These amounts are identical for each renewal period. no breakdown into batches is planned since the devolution into separate lots would be likely to make the performance of the services more financially costly.
