The subject of the order is to conduct an annual inspection of construction facilities located on military complexes administered by the 14th Military Economic Department in accordance with the provisions of art. 62 section 1 point 1 and 3 of the Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418), consisting in: a) checking the technical condition of: - building elements, structures and installations exposed to harmful atmospheric and destructive influences operation of factors occurring during the use of facilities, - installations and devices for environmental protection, - gas installations and chimney ducts (smoke, exhaust, ventilation).
