The services consist of supporting the Cotentin urban community in the development of PLUIs and the operational implementation of development projects to carry out environmental missions. In order to continue and finalize the development of the various PLUi, and to integrate the new regulatory requirements relating to the consideration of the environment, the Urban Community wishes to benefit from support in carrying out environmental studies complementary (lots 1 to 5). Occasionally, lot n°6 must allow the carrying out of environmental studies as part of the pre-operational phase of development projects on the territory of the Agglomeration.
