The Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC) is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide carpet cleaning services to the Rose Bowl Stadium for Major Events and selected Minor Events in designated areas. The Rose Bowl Stadium is an 89, 766-seat outdoor stadium and is the venue for UCLA home football games, the annual Rose Bowl Game®, international soccer games, large concerts and multi-day music festivals. “Major Events” are defined as those events where attendance is in excess of 20, 000 patrons. The Rose Bowl hosts approximately twenty-five (25) Major Events per calendar year. The initial term of the contract is for one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2026, with two (2) one-year options to renew, on the same terms and conditions as were in the original proposal, at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer.
