Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the procurement, production, delivery and assembly of goods, as well as the connection and commissioning of devices for the purpose of furnishing the interior of the Opeka castle in accordance with the cost list and the associated technical specification.

The Opeka castle building is located within the park architecture monument complex "Arboretum Opeka", in the pre-military part of the complex. The "Arboretum Opeka" complex is located in the Marčan settlement, Vinička ulica 42, 42243 Maruševec.

The building plot on which the castle building is located consists of property code no. 436, kč. no. 1106 and kč. no. 1108, all K.O. Marčan (Upon formation: kč. no. 436 (which will be created from kno. no. 436 and kč. no. 1108) and 1106 all K.O. Marčan).

Opeka Castle is based on the Decision of the Ministry of Culture of the Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, CLASS: UP-I/612-08/07-06/0387, REG. NUMBER: 532-04-01-1/4-07- 2 dated December 18, 2007 and correction of Decision UP-I/612-08/07-06/0387, URBROJ: 532-04-01-03-02/1-16-4 as of January 7, 2016, entered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia as an individually protected immovable cultural property under the number Z-3439.

The building permit was issued by the Varaždin County, Administrative Department for Spatial landscaping, construction and eye protectionliša, CLASS: UP/I-361-03/20-01/000069, ID: 2186/1-08/5-20-0018 on September 22, 2020, and became valid on October 16, 2020. .
