Caricaturist services - The Secretariat of Cultures, Arts and Heritage of the People of Honduras (SECAPPH), invites you to participate in the quote for CM-515-SECAPPH-2025, referring to the following: 1. Contracting of Services Professionals of a Comic Artist, responsible for the artistic and narrative creation of a graphic work. Hiring Time: October to December 2025. (1 Person). Make the following products: Product 1: Presentation of Sketches, visual proposal, character design, storyboard and artistic concepts of the Comic. The comic artist must develop a comprehensive artistic proposal that includes the narrative concept, character design, visual structure and graphic style of the comic. Comic. The Material must be original and unpublished, authored by the hired artist. The delivery format will be physical format. Product 2: Delivery of the Complete Comic, illustrated, edited and ready for publication, in accordance with the Unit's guidelines of Plastic and Visual Arts (UAPV) of the SECAPPH. The Comics artist must develop the final version of the Comic, incorporating the adjustments, observations and guidelines approved by the Plastic and Visual Arts Unit (UAPV). The final product It must have a coherent narrative, uniform visual design and professional quality of illustration and editing, ready for physical or digital publication.
