General Comments : One new 2026 or newer cargo van upfitted with a cantilever liftgate (see attached specifications) shall be delivered to State Records Center, 729B Kakoi Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. Bidders shall include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, taxes, shipping/handling, delivery and any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted. The contractor shall present the vehicle complete, ready to use, and fully operational.Award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder subject to availability of funds. The State of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel this RFQ and/or reject any or all of the offers in whole or in part when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State of Hawaii.
