Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of support services for older people and/or people with disabilities - clients of the Social Services Center in Czeladź, performed in the place of residence of these people, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 639, as amended) and the implementing regulations issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act and in accordance with the requirements specified in this chapter of the SWZ. provision of care services for the elderly and/or people with disabilities will also be provided to children and young people. The caregiver's care includes assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment art. 50 section 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 639, as amended).
