Tender Details

The purpose of these contracts is to provide security services for events organized by the City of Narbonne as well as security services for buildings and municipal sites. The services will be remunerated either by application to the quantities actually executed of the unit prices set in the price schedule (lot no. 1 and no. 2), or by application of fixed prices (lot no. 3). The estimated amounts are indicative and include all periods of renewal. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals). For lot no. 1 and lot no. 2, this is a framework agreement with a maximum, entered into in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It sets the conditions for performance of services and is executed as purchase orders are issued. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. For the lot no. 3, this is an ordinary market. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation
