With this acquisition, a coaching program will be created to support international experts in their job search and an operating model related to career support and employment will be established, the kind that the Spouse program has previously piloted through various services. The training program is planned Based on the needs of the spouse program members and other international experts. The main needs of this target group related to working life and job search are identified, among other things, in surveys and services for members of the Puoliso program and others has been produced for international experts. The training program is intended for international experts who are looking for work in Finland. The training program is suitable for both those registered as job seekers and those who are not covered by employment services. (More information in chapter 4. Target groups of the training program). The language of the training program is English, and it is aimed especially at job seekers who do not yet have sufficient Finnish language skills. Also all communication, materials and reporting takes place in English. The training program is called Career Track of International Talents (in English when marketing to customers, Career Track Helsinki), and it consists of two areas: Area 1. Career planning and progress monitoring and Area 2. Working life mentoring. Section 1 helps participants prepare for working life in Finland by providing tools for job searching.
