Care services - advance notice - Bardu municipality Bardu municipality must enter into an agreement on care services for a service recipient. The agreement is a health and care service, and will be entered into in accordance with the Procurement Regulations parts I and IV. The client announces the contract through advance notice, cf. procurement regulations section 30-5 first paragraph letter b cf. 21-1. The contract will be entered into without any other announcement of the competition other than this advance announcement.
