1. Name of the order: Caregiver for the elderly and disabled.2. The subject of the order is a group training service: Caregiver for elderly and disabled people, for a maximum of 20 eligible people in four training groups of 5 people each (within basic order), registered at the Municipal Labor Office in Kraków. The subject of the order is described in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 12 to the Agreement. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with provisions of the contract template constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ.3. Designation of the subject of the order according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main subject: 80400000-8 adult education services and others4.
