The City of Helsinki's Asunnot Oy (Heka) is competing for maintenance and repair services for professional kitchen and refrigeration equipment and freezing equipment for refrigeration equipment. This agreement can also be used to obtain replacement equipment to replace the broken ones if the City of Helsinki Framework Agreement is not suitabledevice. Devices to be maintained/repaired are professional devices. The equipment base contains devices of all ages and several brands in all equipment groups.
