Request for commercial offers for the purchase of cardboard sleeves. Ergopak LLC collects commercial offers for the supply of cardboard sleeves and invites manufacturers and suppliers to submit their price offers. Technical characteristics for each type of sleeves are in the attachment. Based on the results of the consideration of the received proposals, Ergopak LLC will form a list of qualified suppliers who will be invited to participate in the next stage of procurement - a closed tender. A necessary condition is the testing of the specified standard sizes of sleeves in production conditions, in case of winning on prices and conditions. Basic commercial conditions 1. Price offer, provide a price on the terms of DDP, Kaniv, Cherkasy region; specify the minimum volume of delivery on the terms of DDP; specify the period of validity of the commercial suggestions.2. Terms of payment, the desired payment delay — at least 30 calendar days; the participant must indicate the proposed payment terms and the maximum possible payment delay. 3. Technical documentation for each proposed position it is necessary to provide: quality certificate; technical documentation (TDS or similar document); 4. Requirements for products Additional conditions Providing a commercial offer does not create obligations for Ergopak LLC to conclude a contract or purchase products in any volume. Ergopak LLC reserves the right to reject any commercial offer, request additional information from participants, change the scope of the purchase or terminate the selection procedure without giving reasons. Participation in this request for commercial offers is free of charge and carried out at the expense of the participant.
