Tender Details

4.1. The subject of the order will be the long-term rental of 19 passenger cars belonging to the C segment, unused, unrepaired, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, for a period of 36 months with the right to extend the rental period by additional up to 12 months maximum. 4.2.Przedmiot najmu musi być wolny od jakichkolwiek wad fizycznych i prawnych oraz roszczeń osób trzecich. "Physical defect" also means any non-compliance with the description of the subject of the order. 4.3.The vehicles will remain submitted by the Contractor to the Ordering Party at the Ordering Party's headquarters in Warsaw (6 copies) and one copy to 13 PFRON Branches in Poland, in accordance with the list of locations provided by the Ordering Party at the latest at the signing stage Agreements. 4.4. The vehicles will not have any prints, advertising information or markings of any kind. 4.5.
