Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the rental of brand new passenger cars, manufactured not earlier than in 2022, for the needs of the Government Agency of Strategic Reserves.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of the following:partial deliveries:

1) Task 1 - rental of 17 passenger cars;

2) Task 2 - renting 1 car;

3) Task 3 - renting 3 cars;

4) Task 4 - renting 1 car.

Tenders may be submitted for one or more tasks.

4 . They ordercy does not demand the submission of the relevant evidence together with the offer.

5. The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers.

6. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order to be entrusted to Subcontractors, and the names of any Subcontractors, if anyare already known.

7. Contract completion date: for each task 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
