The Supplier shall Send Questions and Inquiries regarding the Content or Processing of this Information Request Directly to the Company Contact Person. All Questions must be Submitted via Email to Email . Plan can Send Responses to Questions and Requests Submitted to All Suppliers to each Supplier. Receive the Same Notification.
Methods and Requirements for Filing a Response Letter
· the Supplier must Submit a Copy of the Response Letter to Plan International Cambodia through the following Methods:
· through Plan's Office, the Address Provided is in the Contact Information.
· Send to Email Provided in Contact Information the Subject Subject of the Email should be Written as [Rfi- Rtk / fy23 / 00 2 ] - Response Letter - [ Supplier Name ] . The Electronic Copy is Submitted in Pdf and Original Format (Eg Ms Word) and the Supplier can Send Multiple Emails (Which Properly Marked - for Example, Email 1 of 3) if the Attachment is Too Large to Send by Email only One.
The Response Letter must be in Khmer or English and in the Form Requested in Section 3 of this Request for Information.
