Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a car under operational leasing in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this specification. Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ OPZ). 2. The car must be brand new, approved for sale, and free from defects physical and legal, 100% of the case and must meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the subject of the order to be factory refurbished.3. All parameters provided in the detailed description of the subject of the order technical parameters with minimum parameters. The contractor may propose a product with technical, quality and operational parameters not worse than those indicated by the Ordering Party in the detailed description of the subject of the order. 4. If indicated in the Item Description Ordering trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent materials.
