Car administration Vestby municipality Today, insufficient control is experienced with the administration of the municipality's cars, for those cars that are not part of the existing car administration solution at the Home Service. By incorporating all the municipality's cars into one car administration solution, we will seek to achieve better control and an overview of cars and their use, through, among other things, improved administration of keys, driving records, service agreements, insurance policies and damage reports. The municipality also needs more control over purchase time for cars, and thus a better overview of when cars are to be replaced. There is also a need for monitoring the vehicles' condition and performance, and notifying the car administrator of the need for maintenance or repairs. A car management solution will also contribute to achieving the municipality's goal of climate-neutral operation and 100% zero-emission vehicles.
