All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to establish a partnership with the State and a Contractor for a well-rounded, innovative food service program that satisfies a wide constituency which includes State and Federal employees, legislators, and public visitors to all State Buildings on the State Capitol Complex. Known as Contract release number F-523CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $500, 000.00 to $525, 000.00 for one year of services. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount.
