1. The National Irrigation Administration -Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Nine PESOS and 46/100 (Php 9, 477, 949.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Capagayan CIS; Construction of Canal Structures; Restoration of CIS Fund; CY 2024 with Contract No. INIMO-2024-03-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The National Irrigation Administration -Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for Capagayan CIS; Construction of Canal Structures; Restoration of CIS Fund; CY 2024 located in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.
