The cities of Kaarina and Lieto request offers from Suppliers for the purchase of capacity service (=Service). The procurement includes capacity service, verification service and services that support these. The cities of Kaarina and Lieto both make their own its procurement decision and contract with the winner of the tender. The agreement is valid for a fixed period of five (5) years, after which the agreement will automatically continue indefinitely. The service must include the following components: 1. Capacity service - virtualized server capacity 2. Verification service 3. Device slots for the Subscriber's own physical devices 4. A solution for running an Oracle database 5.
