Canteen services for the Trondheim County Council
Trøndelag County Council wishes to enter into a concession contract for the operation of canteen services for Trondheim County Hall starting in November 2026 at the earliest. The canteen is to be used by county hall employees, politicians and guests. Canteen services include daily canteen use, offers for meeting food and catering for special events. The contract is a concession contract. All income from the canteen operation accrues to the Supplier. The county municipality makes the necessary premises and equipment available free of charge, and covers all running costs for electricity, heating, water and ventilation. In addition, the Client will provide a monthly operating subsidy of NOK 60, 000. The supplier must be an independent operator of the canteen, and must have financial, personnel and operational responsibility for the entire canteen function, including staffing, purchasing, logistics, production, daily cleaning of the kitchen and dining area, storage of goods and sales.
