These administrative bases, set the procedures and terms that regulate the public proposal to hire the services that allow the reproductive control of canines and felines, which includes sterilization, implementation of microchip and registration. For which the MunicipalityIt will outsource such services, all in accordance with the program approved by the Metropolitan Regional Government called the control program of the canine and feline population in the Santiago Metropolitan Region, Code PR3101021304, in accordance with the agreement under the externalization modality, dated November 4, 2024, signed between the Municipality of Independence and the Regional Government Metropolitan Region, approved with Exempt Resolution NO4184 dated December 6, 2024 and with an Experienced Mayor NO039 dated January 10, 2025, of the Municipality of Independence.The above is indicated as a reference, the offeror must be governed by the technical and annexes.
