Tender are invited for Bids are requested for the following Multiple Prime Contracts: Sitework 103: Site clearing & site removals; site staging; erosion control; grading & earthwork; foundation excavation; concrete sidewalks, door pads, exterior concrete pads, and curbs; bollards; asphalt paving, line striping & parking signage; storm drainage piping and storm structures, drainage swale and swale liner; sanitary septic system piping; installation of a water well & water service piping; topsoil/ seeding, plantings and site restoration; coordinate with gas utility installation; chain link fencing and gates; oil & grit separator; grey water storage tank; fueling station installation; and flagpole. General Trades 104: Selective demolition, concrete foundations, masonry, structural steel & misc. metals, carpentry, cabinetry & millwork, metal roofing, EPDM roofing, metal wall panels, doors/hardware, overhead doors, framing/drywall/finishing, ceilings; painting, flooring, ceramic tile, specialties, signage, window treatments, installation of a bus lift, and final cleaning. Plumbing 105: Plumbing demolition; slab cutting, trenching, backfilling and underslab piping; concrete patching at trenches; plumbing fixtures and equipment; furnish and installation of a bus wash system, equipment, controls, piping and accessories; hot water, cold water, gas, sanitary waste/vent; plumbing insulation; storm piping and roof drainage; plumbing ID, and testing & balancing. HVAC 106: HVAC demolition of piping & ductwork; in-slab radiant heat tubing work and accessories; Direct-Digital Controls and control wiring; HVAC piping, HVAC insulation; louvers; registers/grilles/diffusers; vehicle exhaust system; HVAC ID; and testing & balancing. Electrical 107: Temporary power and lighting; site lighting, poles, & pole bases; excavation & backfill, in-ground conduit and ductbank, and lighted bollards with exterior power outlets for bus block heaters; panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, and electrical devices & switching; electrical connection of mechanical equipment; fire alarm; lighting & emergency lighting; electrical ID, voice & data wiring; and testing & balancing.
