The Local Government Unit - Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, through the LGU - Fund intends to apply the sum of Php499, 919.31 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LGU - LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR now invites sealed bids for the CANAL COCNRETING WITH COVER, BARANGAY UPPPER CAYNAGA, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
