Annual Cleaning on two (2) Camus DynaFlame Hot Water Boilers Natural Gas, 1, 250, 000 BTU/HR Input Rating-62, 500 BTU/HR Minimum Input Rating- 1, 200, 000 BTU/HR Output.Boiler One: Make Lochinvar Crest Model Number FBN1251 Serial Number 1904 113417485Boiler Two: Make Lochinvar Crest Model Number FBN1251 Serial Number 1904 113417484• Clean burner and flue passageways• Remove existing hot surface ignition igniter and replace• Remove existing flame rod and replace• Check existing air flow switch for proper operation, adjust if needed• Check existing block flue switch for proper operation• Inspect and clean heat exchanger/basket• Test fire boilers and make any adjustments needed for proper combustion and efficiency
