Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Campus Towing Services To The Albany State University (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Albany State University Is Requesting Bids From Qualified Firms To Provide Towing Services For Both The Albany State University East And West Campus Locations. The Awarded Supplier Will Work Closely With The Albany State University Parking Services And Other Institute Departments (i.e. Asupd) To Meet The University¿s Towing Needs Twenty Four (24) Hours A Day, Seven (7) Days A Week, Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) Days A Year. Parking Services At Albany State University Is One Of Five Operating Units Within The Auxiliary Services Division.
