Overview of the scope of work: This mandate consists of replacing the existing automated lighting control system on the Rigaud campus as well as all related work required to ensure a functional, compliant system. and fully operational. The work includes, but is not limited to: • The survey, validation and verification of existing installations before the start of the work; • The supply and installation of new control modules lighting, input cards and output cards • Replacement and migration of existing controllers; • Connection of new equipment to existing systems; • Wiring, programming, network configuration and implementation work service;• The supply and installation of a new communication network between the control cabinets of the different buildings;• The supply and installation of a new control computer in room S-057 of Block B;• The development and the configuration of the graphical user interface; • The coordination of service interruptions with the Owner's representative; • The tests, verifications, certifications and adjustments necessary for the proper functioning of the system; • The validation of the operation of existing equipment before and after migration; • Production of test and commissioning reports; • Protection of existing finishes during work;
