Camp school stay, framework agreement The competition concerns the delivery of camp school services for the schools in Vestby municipality. The acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimate is not binding on the client. A budget of 916, 000 ex VAT has been set aside per year for camp school stays that include camp stays for pupils and staff from the home school and costs for camp school teachers. Transport for camp school stays is not included in this framework agreement. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 10, 000, 000 ex VAT. During the contract period, the volume will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the Apprenticeship Regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with a trade or journeyman's certificate, cf. § 6 (3) of the Apprenticeship Regulations. The procedure indicated under "Type of procedure" in point 2.1 of the announcement is incorrect. The correct procedure should be "Open Tender".
