Both facilities must be fully installed, accepted by TMD, and ready for occupancy no later than March 30, 2027. The facilities will be leased for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months, with two additional one-year renewal options and an option for TMD to purchase either or both facilities, as further established in the Invitation for Bids.Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the three (3) MANDATORY site visits at 2200 West 35thStreet, Bldg. 27, Austin, TX 78703 at 10:00 AM CST or 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday, October 6, 2026, or at 10:00 AM CST, Wednesday, October 7. 2026. Failure to attend one (1) of the three (3) site visits will result in disqualification of the response. There will be no technical questions answered at this conference.
