Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. Procurement Overview and Goals. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) requests proposals to contract for replacement of cameras for State Fire Marshal Investigations. The cameras are needed to photograph fire scenes throughout the state. The cameras requested are Model: Nikon Z5 Mirrorless Camera, SB-700 Speedlight, Nikon 24-120mm F4 S Lens. No substitutions allowed. See Exhibit C of the Sample Contract for detailed specifications. QUESTIONS.
