Camera system maintenance The surveillance camera system operated by the Mayor's Office of the County City of Kaposvár, the maintenance and necessary repairs of the central data recording equipment, displays and controllers 24 month period according to the detailed task description included in the call for proposals and in the technical description issued as part of the public procurement documents. The subject of the public procurement procedure is a city surveillance system operated by the Mayor's Office of the County City of Kaposvár full maintenance of the camera system and repairs as needed for a period of 24 months. The system consists of 375 cameras installed in 168 separate locations throughout the city's administrative area. Maintenance covers cameras, a for central and on-site IT and network devices (switches, servers, recorders), elements of the wireless data transmission network, as well as solar and isolated energy supply systems. The contract includes monthly regularity preventive maintenance tasks, continuous - 0-24-hour - fault monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as fault management with specified reaction times. The maintenance fee is flat-rate, which includes the labor fee, departure and specified up to a value limit, the cost of the parts, while occasional repairs in addition to maintenance are made on the basis of a separate order, with a commission fee.
